It has been rumoured that the makers of 'Pushpa 2' have entered into a deal with an OTT platform to release the big-ticket movie just two weeks after its theatrical release on August 15. Is there an element of truth in the rumour? Wouldn't the film's theatrical revenue be adversely affected if it streams on OTT by the end of August?
Allu Arjun's aide, Sarath Chandra Naidu, has rubbished the gossip. Without giving information about the gap between the theatrical release and the digital streaming, he asserted that the window is clearly wide. "We have a clear window between the theatrical release and the digital release," he tweeted.
The film is directed by Sukumar. Recently, its Teaser was released. Its first song has been a hit. Its second song is going to be a Devi Sri Prasad-style melody. Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil and others are playing important roles in the pan-Indian movie.
