Namitha, who set the south Indian film industry on fire with her sizzling looks and super voluptuous body, combined with her acting prowess, has become a case apt for a movie titled ‘Simhamukhi’. This is a romantic thriller and the story revolves around a woman whose life becomes miserable due to her lover and how she brings the situation under control is the film all about.
Directed by R Parthiban, the Telugu dubbing rights were purchased by Sandeep and being dubbed under Swapnalok Films banner. According to Sandeep, ‘Simhamukhi’ is quite contrast to that of Namitha’s earlier films. The film was made with a budget of Rs 10 crores with huge sets constructed on a 9 acre ground to shoot some key scenes and 3 songs. The remaining two songs were shot in Ooty and Goa. The emotional and romantic scenes involving Namitha are said to be the highlights of the film.
Dialogues in Telugu are penned by Vennelakanti, lyrics by Vennelakanti, Bhuvanachandra, Bellampalli Rohith and Ponduri and the music was composed by Naresh.
