Suresh Kondeti of SK Pictures is going to release ‘Renigunta’ after tasting success with dubbed films like ‘Premisthe’, ‘Shopping Mall’ and ‘Naanna’. This film will be released on Santhosham Studios Pvt Ltd., banner.
‘Renigunta’ stars Jonny, Sanusha and Nishanth in the lead and was directed by Paneer Selvam. This movie made with a very small budget is said to have created a sensation by collecting Rs 11 crores in Tamil Nadu. According to Suresh Kondeti, ‘Renigunta’ was made with a universal story, hence he has decided to bring this film to AP theaters. “In the past, films like ‘Arunachalam’, ‘Basha’, ‘Shivaji’ and ‘Kanchana’ were released with the same titles as was in Tamil. Now following the similar pattern we are releasing ‘Renigunta’ in Telugu. This film also has the elements required with which the above mentioned films became successful. ‘Renigunta’ which is based on love and revenge is sure to attract people from all walks of life. We have recently completed the songs recording. The audio will be released shortly.”
Music is scored by Ganesh Raghavendra, camera was handled by Shakti, editing by Anthony and the co-producer of the film was Battula Satyanarayana.
