After receiving the critics as well as the audiences' appreciation for his debut film ‘Banam’, director Chaitanya Dantuluri gave a short break and now planning a film with Brahmanandam’s son Gautham. Although the director wanted to do a female oriented film with Anushka earlier, it did not materialize. Hence he prepared a new script and roped in Gautham for the lead role. Titled ‘Basanti’, the film would kick off shortly.
Gautham made his acting debut with ‘Pallakilo Pellikooturu’ and later did ‘Vareva’ but he failed to leave an impression on audiences. So let’s wish him to leave his signature on this film.
