Trisha is back with a bang this year by grabbing a bumper offer from filmmaker Gautham Menon. Yes, Chennai reports claim that Gautham Menon roped in Trisha for the female lead role opposite Surya in his forthcoming flick ‘Druvanakshatram’. This is the third time Surya and Trisha will be seen together in silver screen. The duo had delivered two super hits with ‘Mounam Pesiyadhe’ in 2002 and and ‘Aaru’. Similarly it’s also the second time for Trisha to get the opportunity to work with Gautham Menon. Trisha and Gautham Menon combo also had a blockbuster ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’ (Ye Maya Chesave in Telugu). Shooting of ‘Druvanakshatram’ began some time ago and Trisha will be joining the team shortly.
Trisha is currently doing two heroine oriented films – ‘RUM’ and ‘Kannale Kannan’ (both bilingual films). After a very long time she got the chance to do a big project. Let’s hope that the actress who earlier delivered hits with both the director and hero will see yet another big success with the duo soon.
