Shirdi Sainath Pictures’ ‘Mahanetha’ starring Seetaramayya, Srinivasa Reddy, Uma and Sanjay Kumar in lead roles is taking shape under the direction of D Ramachandra Reddy. Porandha Swamy, Nagireddy and Suresh Reddy are the joint producers. Music is rendered by Lakshman Sai. Audio launch took palce today at Film Chamber. YSR CP leader Lakshmi Parvathy was the chief guest of this audio function. She released the audio CDs and offered her best wishes to the film unit. She said, “Mahaneta is the leader who leads the country by thinking about the welfare of the people. Former chief minister Dr YSR Rajasekhar Reddy remained in the hearts of the people as ‘Mahaneta’. I’m really glad to note that this film ‘Mahaneta’ is based on his life history. The director had met me and told that he’s doing this film only with love and affection on Dr Rajasekhara Reddy. And he did this film with complete dedication. I’ve listened to the songs recently. They are impressive. I wish the audience will receive the film well.”
Director D Ramachandra Reddy said, “I worked in Rajasekhar Reddy garu’s house for 3 years at the time I was suffering with financial problems. I maintained my family with what he has given me. Hence I’m grateful to him and did this film. I made this film with my hard earned money and with the help of my family. We are making efforts to release this film on October 10th. I hope the audience will watch the film.”
Seetaramayya said, “I essayed the role of YS Raja Reddy in this film. I’m very happy with the output of the film. I hope there will be good response for this film.”
Music director Lakshman Sai said, “All tunes for all songs have come out well. Response from audience is also good. I wish the film will be a big hit along with the songs.”
Vijay Raghavachari said, “YS is people’s man. It’s appreciable that his life history is being made as a film. People will watch this film with anxiety to know how the director dealt with the subject.
