With Dr Brahmanandam’s son Gautham as hero and Aleesha Bheg as heroine, Chaitanya Dantaluru is directing and producing the film ‘Basanti’ on Start Camera Pictures banner. The film is in post productions. Audio release date is announced as January 25th. Mani Sharma is providing the music. Krishna Chaitanya and Srimani penned the lyrics. According to the filmmaker Chaitanya Dantaluri, ‘Basanthi’ is being made on college backdrop with the concept of terrorist issue.
Gautham played the role of college guy while other star cast is Thanikella Bharani, Shayaji Shinde, Randheer Gatla, Naveena Jackson, Dr K S I Anand, Dhanraj, Mani Kiran, Bhanu Avirneni and Daya. Anil Bandari handled the camera, dialogues were written by Srikanth Vissa, dances were choreographed by Raghu, art by Raghu Kulkarni, fights by ‘Dragon’ Prakash, editing by Marthand K Venkatesh and production controller is T Gangadhar Reddy. Vivek Kuchibhotla is the co-producer of ‘Basanthi’ with story, screenplay, producer and director being Chaitanya Dantuluri.
