Shriya Saran is the female lead. Kishore Kumar Pardasani (Dolly) is directing this prestigious project which is the remake of block buster Hindi film ‘Oh My God’. Daggubati Suresh Babu and Sharat Marar are producing this satirical drama. Anoop Rubens is scoring the music.
Pawan Kalyan is playing lord Krishna which was portrayed by Akshay Kumar and Venkatesh is playing the role which Paresh Rawal has done in the original film. Regular shooting is going on in the outer area of Hyderabad. Shooting of few scenes including the lead cast Venkatesh, Pawan Kalyan and Shriya are being shot in a colony set specially designed for the film.
A source from the film unit said, “’Gopala Gopala’ is the story of a guy who files the complaint against God. Why he has approached the court and what exactly happened will be interesting to watch. Director Kishore Kumar Pardasani is molding the film interestingly.”
