Shruti Sodhi has made her Tollywood debut through Nandamuri Kalyanram’s huge budget film ‘Pataas’. The film which was released worldwide on 23rd of January, attained huge success and is running successfully with huge collections. Kalyanram has acted and produced this huge budget film ‘Pataas’ under Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Arts banner with Anil Ravipudi as director. Shuthi Sodhi is flying high with the success of ‘Pataas’. On this occasion, she took some time to chat with the media about the success of ‘Pataas’.
“I born and brought up in Punjab. My father is a bank employ and my mother is a house wife. I have one younger brother and one younger sister. After completing my studies, I worked as a news presenter and did some live shows as a journalist.
Prior to my debut in Telugu, I entered into the film industry through a Punjabi film ‘Mr. & Mrs. 420’. After that I did 3 films there. I came to know that the makers of ‘Pataas’ were looking out for a heroine. Therefore my manager sent my photos and the makers were impressed with my looks and Okayed me right away.
Kalyan Ram is a talented and professional gentlemen. He helped me a lot in the sets. He did very hard work for each and every scene of the film. Not only Kalyan Ram, but the director Anil Ravipudi and each and every technician have worked hard for the film.
An actress should never have inhibitions in doing any character. If my script requires me to do glamourous roles and to wear bikini, I am even ready for it.
I have a couple of offers which I will sign them soon. I am very eager to work here and I’m ready to do challenging roles.
