Aksha Pardasany starrer action thriller ‘Dr. Salim’ has completed the censor formality and is all set for release on March 13. The audio composed by hero Vijay Antony himself was released recently and is receiving good response from the music lovers. It is the Telugu dubbed version of Tamil action entertainer and is being brought to the Telugu audience by Suresh Kondeti and Thamatam Kumar Reddy on SK Pictures and Sri Obuleswara Productions banners with Nagaprasad Sannithi as presenter. NV Nirmal Kumar is the director.
“Hospitals are habituated to rob the patients in the name of treatment. There are two types of doctors. Doctors who saves the life and who take away the lives. Dr. Salim belongs to the one who saves. He sees a young girl, a gang rape victim, who is hurt and bleeding on the road. He takes her to the hospital and treats her. He feels that the men who raped the girl have to learn their lesson. The rest of the story is about how he saves the young girl and how he fights with the young men. ’Dr. Salim’ is a good action thriller. Antony’s performance will stand out as highlight for the film. All our earlier films are received well by the audience. This film also joins that league. Director Nirmal Kumar has crafted the film wonderfully with all commercial elements. ‘Dr. Salim’ has completed the censor formality and is all set for release on March 13,” said Suresh Kondeti.
“’Dr. Salim’ will impress all sects of audience. Apart from acting, Vijay Antony has also provided wonderful tunes for the film. We are planning to release the film in the first week of March. It’s like a feast for this summer,” said Thamatam Kumar Reddy, one of the producers of the film.
