‘Keechaka’ that features Yamini Bhasker, Jwala Koti, Raghu Babu, Naidu and Vinod in important roles, is coming to the audience on October 30. The film is being made under Sri Gouthami Talkies banner. Yamini Bhasker, Jwala Koti, Raghu Babu, Naidu, Vinod, Raja Bharathi, Madhavi and Mamatha Rahuth have played important roles in the film. Dr. Josyabhatla has provided four wonderful songs. Ram Prasad Yadav has penned powerful dialogues, while the camera was handled by Kamalakar. Story-screenplay-direction is by NVB Chowdary. On the eve of film’s release, the film unit has arranged press meet on October 24.
Speaking at the press meet, NVB Chowdary said, “These days it has become very difficult to release Telugu films and in spite of all these difficulties we are releasing ‘Keechaka’ on October 30. We have made the film with a rare concept in a new way which is very close to reality. This is the story of a cruel man who has abused 300 women in a society. Lives of good people will be inspiration and motivate us. Several people have questioned me that why I have opted this script. There is lot to learn from bad guys. Akul Yadav’s life is a lesson and it inspires women. New producer Kishore has immediately accepted to produce the film after listening to the script. This kind of stories should be shown in a cruel way. I’ve shown the film to 150 member and out of those 80% members said that the film is very impressive. Story and screenplay will be very fresh and new.”
Producer Kishore Parvatha Reddy said, “The film is criticized by few people for having many abused scenes. It is true. We have carved out the film like that as per the story requirement. The film depicts how abusists will flee away when women takes revolutionary actions. We have completed the film within 24 days. We are planning to release this message oriented film in over 100 theaters on October 30.”
MV Rao, who is releasing the film in Tamil, said, “We are releasing the film in Tamil as ‘Asuragan’ and we are planning to film in the next month there. The story is like a lesson to everyone.”
Jwala Koti said, “Director NVB Chowdary has readied the script with good clarity and crafted the film without missing anything. I’m thankful to the director and producers for giving me a wonderful role. We are very confident that the film will become big success.”
