Akshay Kumar is playing the antagonist role in Rajinikanth starrer Robo 2.0. The latter plays the role of Chitti. Earlier Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan were approached for this role. Both of them took their own time to respond. The producers wanted to start the film immediately and Akshay was available. Due to this reason the film went to Akshay.
Generally Akshay Kumar charges a hefty sum for his Bollywood films and also a profit percent of the film. If sources are to be to believed it is said that for Robo 2.0 Akshay Kumar has charged a whopping amount. This amount is more than the remuneration of what Rajinikanth is charging. The makers had no objection to this and immediately agreed to Akshay’s demand.
