It came as a huge surprise when Income Tax Officials raided the office of Arka Media which belongs to
Prasad Devineni and
Shobu Yarlagadda. The business of Baahubali 2 is the reason for these raids. The producers have opened business for Baahubali 2, this made IT officers raid to see if all the transactions were proper and the money was accounted one.
Baahubali has been sold for record amount. The Nizam rights have been brought for Rs 50 Cr. The Andhra and Ceded areas were sold for a whopping amount. So far only token advance has been issued to these producers. Even then IT officers are checking to see if the records are correct.
