Trisha, who is one of the famous actresses who is maintaining her beauty through years, is also giving her nod to women centric films. The actress, who recently impressed audience with ‘Nayaki’, is presently acting as Mohini. The latest we hear is that, she is gearing up with her next lady-oriented film. Rithun Sagar is making the film under his own direction on Mind Drama banner. The film is titled ‘1818’. Natakiriti Rajendra Prasad is playing a crucial role. SS Thaman is giving musical scores for this Telugu Tamil bilingual film.
Briefing about the film’s details, director and producer of the film Rithun Sagar said, “The film is based on the Mumbai terror attack on Hotel Taj in 2008. Many individuals were killed and injured in the devastating attack of Pakistan terrorists. Few foreigners were also killed. What happened in the Hotel Taj due to the disconnection of communication with other departments? -makes the story of ‘1818’. Trisha will be seen as hotel hostess. Trisha’s look will be totally different and new. Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Suman and Brahmanandam’s roles will stand out as highlight for the film.”
Trisha, Rajendra Prasad, Suman, Brahmanandam, ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ fame Ramesh, Thilak and ‘Raja Rani’ fame Meera Ghoshal and some others are part of the cast.
