Telugu Kannada bilingual film ‘2 Friends’ (True Love) which is set in the backdrop of love and friendship is being made under Anantha Lakshmi Creations banner. Mullaguru Anantha Ramudu and Mullaguru Ramesh Naidu are producing the film with Mullaguru Lakshmi Devi as presenter and GLB Srinivas as director. Kannada young hero Suraj Gowda, who is riding high with consecutive successes, is being introduced to Tollywood through this film. Major part of the shooting has already been completed at Warangal, Bangalore and Anantapuram. Two songs have already been canned. The latest news is, the unit has landed in Hyderabad to shoot comedy scenes. The scenes are being filmed at a private building in Film Nagar in Hyderabad on Kota Srinivasa Rao, Jayaprakash Reddy, Y Vijaya, Srilakshmi, Raghuram and Kannada star comedian Sadhu Kolila.
The latest scenes will sure leave audience in splits. Sadhu Kokila, who acted in over 1000 films in Kannada, will impress Telugu audience as well. With the support of producers, the shooting is going on with a break,” said director GLB Srinivas.
“Present youth is creating wonders. The film is being made with the concept that friendship is more important than love. This is the first film from our banner. ‘2 Friends’ not just offers comedy, but also delivers a message to the youth. Entire unit members are giving lot of support,” explained producer Mullaguru Anantha Ramudu.
