There is no escaping for Mahesh Babu. He has been summoned to the court and the Judge has not exempted his presence.
The case is of plagiarism. Mahesh Babu starrer Srimanthudu was directed by Koratala Siva. Writer Sharat Chandra has accused that the film Srimanthudu has been copied from his novel. In response to this, director Koratala Siva denied this. But the writer has come with some proof regarding the matter.
The judge of Nampally court in Hyderabad has summoned the producer, director and Mahesh Babu to be present in the court. The court even did not accept the request to exempt Mahesh Babu from being present at the hearing.
