Rashmika Mandanna is ecstatic that her recent release Geetha Govindam has done well. She never saw the monitor while shooting for this film. She just did her part. But now when she saw the final product, the actress says that she enjoyed every bit of it.
After chalo, Rashmika was wondering what films to sign. When director Parasuram came to her with this film, she felt the humour in it from the audience point of view. This director is known for presenting his leading women strongly. These two reasons made her sign this film.
But Rashmika is aware that she was not the first choice for this role. Three heroines were zeroed for this role. Finally it came to her. The film is a hit now, rest is history.
We will be seeing Rashmika in Dear Comrade and Devadas. Both are interesting film says she. In Devadas she has got a meaty role and in Dear Comrade Rashmika has a role with ample scope of performance.
Telugu speaking was not easy for her. But the unit helped her a lot to get the best. Also Vijay Deverakonda is a great actor she adds. Rashmika Mandanna does not want to settle down in Tollywood completely. Kannada films are her first love and she wants to do more films there. She promises that she will balance both the industries and Kannada movies will always be her priority.
