A notice has been issued to Ram Gopal Varma, Mia Malkova, YouTube Chanel and Vimeo in the recent plagiarism case. Writer P Jaya Kumar approached a city civil court in Hyderabad alleging that Ram Gopal Varma has plagiarised his script in making short film ‘God, Sex and Truth’.
Jaya Kumar has alleged that his script was stolen and used in GST. He has said in the petition, “Ram Gopal Varma has vulgarised my clean script and made it as an adult story by roping in porn star Mia Malkova.” The trailer which was released recently has been creating sensation and protests are also going on in the same range. RGV is receiving strong criticism that he is misleading the youth.
