We all know that Tamil film ‘Saturanga Vettai’ was a super hit. The story of the film which depicts the difference between ambition and greediness was well received by Tamil audience. Emotions have no language barriers. Abhishek Pictures owner Ramesh Pillai strongly believed that Telugu audience will receive the story well and therefore making the film for Telugu audience. Prominent producer Sridevi Movies’ Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is presenting the film. The film has completed 75% of the shooting part. Satyadev of ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ and ‘Ghazi’ fame is playing hero. Nandita Swetha, who impressed Telugu audience with ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’, is playing heroine. Gopi Ganesh Pattabhi is directing the film.
Briefing about the film’s details, Ramesh Pillai said, “We have scored big success with our first dubbing film Lawrence starrer ‘Shivalinga’. Now, we are remaking Tamil super hit film ‘Saturanga Vettai’. We have wrapped up 75% shooting. We have canned crucial scenes in Kodaicanal, Vizag and Hyderabad. We have started the final schedule in Hyderabad from March 23. And it will continue till April 15. We are making the film with high technical values without compromising in any aspect. After completing dubbing and post-production works, we will bring the film to audience in the last week of June. We will announce the title shortly. The film will connect to everyone.”
“There is a saying ‘Dhanam Moolam Idam Jagath’. The film ‘Saturanga Vettai’ depicts the relation between human relations and the money. Story, screenplay, dialogues and songs will stand out as highlight for the film,” said Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, the presenter of the film.
