Nagarjuna and RGV’s action thriller ‘Officer’ which was initially slated to be released on May 25, is now releasing on June 1. The same was announced by RGV through his twitter handle. The release date was pushed ahead due to the delay in the post-production works. The pre-release event will be held on May 28. Director Ram Gopal Varma tweeted, “We are having a pre release event of #Officer on 28th May 7 pm at N convention ..I invite all @iamnagarjuna ‘s fans to please come and take part in this celebration Film is releasing June 1st.”
The film stars Nagarjuna as a cop. Myra Sareen is the female lead. Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, this action entertainer is being bankrolled by RGV’s Company. The recently released melodious song suggests us that the film also focuses on a father and daughter relationship. The film has music by Ravi Shankar.
