Indian World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestler The Great Khali is all set to make his debut in Telugu film industry. The seven foot wrestler is roped in for an important role in director Jayanth C Paranji’s upcoming movie ‘Narendra.’
Khali had acted in Hollywood films and American television shows. He also appeared in popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 4.
This is a sports drama while Nilesh Eti and Izabelle Leiti are playing the lead roles.
The film has India, Pakistan backdrop and so the makers are planning to shoot in a Islamic country. The story revolves around a champion boxer and has wrapped the first schedule of shooting.
With ‘Narendra’ Bollywood music composer Ram Sampath is also debuting in Tollywood. Eshaan Entertainments banner is producing the movie.
