Rana is in the US, but actress Sai Pallavi has started shooting for Virata Parvam. There were rumours that Sai Pallavi is not keen on doing this film. But this is not true. Despite Rana not being in India, the shoot of the film has commenced.
Sai Pallavi has a couple of films in hand. She will be shooting for Sekhar Kammula's film from September. This has Naga Chaitanya in the lead. She has time in her hand now, hence she has started shooting for Venu Udugala's film. Scenes that will require Rana and her will be shot later. This will be done once Rana is back from the US. This will happen in October or November.
Sources close to unit say that Sai Pallavi will be seen as a rebel in this film. This is a story in naxalism with a touch of love.
