Singer SP Balasubrahmanyam has been admitted to MGM Hospital in Chennai after he tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Breaking the news to the world, the popular south Indian singer sounded not only normal but also confident that his health will be back to normal within two days. His infection, as per his doctors, is "very very mild".
"I was feeling a little discomfort owing to chest congestion upon the formation of phlegm, which is nothing for a singer. I was also suffering from fever, on and off. I tested for mild Coronavirus," SPB revealed in a video message put out on Facebook and Instagram.
"Owing to my family members' concern, I have got admitted to a hospital. I have been received many calls. Let me say that I am perfectly alright," he said, adding that he is having only cold now. Even the fever has largely subsided.
