It's known that Prasanth Varma of 'AWE!' fame is making a zombie thriller titled 'Zombie Reddy'. Based on true incidents, the film's motion poster was on Friday unveiled on the eve of Chiranjeevi's birthday. This comes days after the film's title logo poster was released. The animation poster was impressive.
Made with Kurnool city as the backdrop, its story has got something to do with a coronavirus-type pandemic. What is the link between corona and Zombie Reddy? That's what will be exciting to watch.
The motion poster, released ahead of Chiru's birthday, is interesting. A number of virus-infected zombies are seen in front of a stage on which a banner with the words 'Veera Hanuman Naatya Mandali' is seen. The hero's back faces the viewer and Chiranjeevi's photo is revealed in a creative way. The still has been taken from the film 'Donga', where Chiru sings a song in teasing Radha. The motion poster, the makers say, gives a taste of the kind of entertainment you can expect from 'Zombie Reddy'.
The film's shooting is nearing completion. This is the first-ever Telugu-language zombie thriller. If the screenplay is by Scriptsville, its music is by Mark K Robin. Anith is the cinematographer. Production Design and Costume Design are by Sri Nagendra Tangala and Prasanna Dantuluri, respectively.
