Jayashankar, the director of 'Paper Boy', has made a web film with Artificial Intelligence as the backdrop. Titled 'Vitamin She', this indie film stars Srikanth Gunnam as the hero. Prachi, who has acted in Gujarati films, is the heroine. Ranjith Reddy, Vikas, Moin, Sanjeev Joshi and Ashok have played key roles. Produced by Ravi Polishetty, the film is streaming on Amazon and MX Player from December 30.
Talking about his product, the director said, "We have shown how AI influences people's lives. Technology can end up dominating us humans instead of being subservient to us. This is a satirical movie. AI can't replace human emotions and values. We have driven home this message in an entertaining manner. Although the film has got 12 characters in total, the story revolves around only 4 of them."
