Naveen Chandra, who was recently seen in 'Miss India' and 'Bhanumathi Ramakrishna', is currently doing a political-cop film titled 'Mission 2020'. Directed by Karanam Babji of 'Mental Police' and 'Operation 2019' fame, the film is admittedly inspired by the political situation in Nitish Kumar's era in Bihar. The news is that director Teja has unveiled a song titled 'Alluda Garelu Vandala' from the movie. RP Patnaik, Shakalaka Shankar, Sree Rapaka and others were present at the event.
Teja, speaking on the occasion, said, "The song is very good. Already, two of the songs from the movie have been hits. This is going to be the third hit. Shakalaka Shankar and Sree have danced so well in the song. I appreciate lyricist Sooranna."
RP Patnaik said that mass songs have got a unique appeal. "Music director Raprock Shakeel has given superb output," he added.
Shankar said that the song comes against the backdrop of Srikakulam culture. He appreciated the lively dance moves of Sree Rapaka. He recalled the days of 'Chitram', which he said had memorable songs by RP Patnaik. Sree Rapaka said that it was under Teja that her career began. "I am not a trained actor. I learned acting by observing him on the sets of his films," she added.
