Naveen Chandra, who was recently seen in the acclaimed 'Bhanumathi Ramakrishna', is currently doing a political-cop film titled 'Mission 2020'. The film's first look is out.
Directed by Karanam Babji of 'Mental Police' and 'Operation 2019' fame, the film is admittedly inspired by the political situation in Nitish Kumar's era in Bihar. Speaking on the occasion, Srikanth said, "My previous collaborations with Babji garu resulted in hits. 'Operation 2019' was a hit when it was dubbed in Hindi as well. I know the story of his current project with Naveen Chandra and it's so good. I hope the film will tide over the crisis and becomes a hit in the times of the COVID-19 pandemic."
The director said that he had invited Srikanth for the first look release event because he is sentimental. Babji then praised Naga Babu and Jayaprakash for their performances in 'Mission 2020'. "They have nailed it. We started the shoot in January and wrapped it up in March. Naveen Chandra is a dedicated actor," he added.
It's music director Rap Rock Shakeel's second film. The film also features Satya Prakash, Ajay Ratnam, Dil Ramesh, Kotesh Manava and others.
