Sudheer Babu is the latest Telugu star to participate in the Green India Challenge. Thanking Rajya Sabha MP J Santosh Kumar for the initiate, the actor planted saplings in the backyard of his residence in Hyderabad. He made a reference to his latest movie, 'V', in the process.
"From now on, I will plant a sapling every time my movie releases and will name the sapling after that movie. I feel we all should plant a sapling just before embarking on a good deed. That way, it will become a great habit. I thank Santosh Kumar garu for the initiative keeping in view the ever-growing air pollution. I call upon Dil Raju garu, director Mohanakrishna Indraganti garu, Aditi Rao Hydari, Nivetha Thomas to participate in the challenge," Sudheer said.
The challenge has previously seen the participation of Nagarjuna, Prabhas, Samantha Akkineni and others.
