'Gharana Mogudu', starring Mohan Krishna and Vani Viswanath's daughter Varsha Viswanath, is directed by Raju Babu. Produced jointly by SMK Films and VNR Films, the film is currently on the floors.
Speaking about the movie, Thummalapalli Ramasatyanarayana said, "Mohan Krishna is a hardcore fan of Chiranjeevi garu. That's why the title. I wish the team of 'Gharana Mogudu' all the best."
Director Sagar said, "Mohan Krishna is a good friend of mine. I hope he and Varsha Viswanath make it big with this movie."
Ravikumar Chowdhary said, "'Gharana Mogudu', which came in 1992, starred Chiranjeevi and it became a big hit. I hope the new 'Gharana Mogudu', too, becomes a similar hit."
Varsha Viswanath said, "I am very happy to have collaborated on this movie. My first movie 'Reddygarintlo Rowdyism' is gearing up for a theatrical release. 'Gharana Mogudu' is my second movie."
Producer and actor Mohan Krishna said that the story is superb and that the subject is content-driven.
Director Raju Babu said, "I was in 7th class when 'Gharana Mogudu' came out. I entered the film industry in 1999. I worked under several directors till 2019. I am happy that I have bagged a project like this one. 'Gharana Mogudu' is the story of a director and is a mass entertainer."
Rao Ramesh, GV Sudhakar Naidu, Bhanuchander, Prasanna Kumar, Sudha, Devi, Geetha Singh, Jabardasth Appa Rao, Prudhvi, Sameer Sharma, Ramesh and Balaji are part of the cast.
