'Jayamma Panchayathi' is the title of Suma Kanakala's comeback movie. Its first look and first song were released recently by Ram Charan and Natural Star Nani, respectively. On Sunday, the film's teaser was released at the hands of Rana Daggubati.
The teaser is dominated by Suma's dialogues. As suggested by the title, the film is about a conflict where the titular character has got a stake.
Talking about Suma's character in the drama, the makers said that hers is a well-rounded role. "She fights for a cause despite the obvious risks involved. Her husband is bedridden. Yet, unfazed by the personal setback, Jayamma surges forward. Can her fight for justice win?" the makers say. As per the makers, the film has got a sidesplitting performance from Suma.
Debutant filmmaker Vijay Kumar Kalivarapu has joined hands with producer Balaga Prakash of Vennela Creations. MM Keeravani is composing the music, while Anush Kumar is cranking the camera. With art work by Dhanu Andhluri, the film is edited by Ravi Teja Girijala.
