Sonu Sood is up for something big. His next Hindi film, titled 'Fateh', stars him as a leading man who takes on India's hidden enemy. Who is that enemy is to be seen!
Abhinandan Gupta is wielding the megaphone. Based on real-life incidents, high-octane action blocks will be a defining feature of the film.
The makers are consciously relaunching a new version of Sonu Sood with the film. During the pandemic, his stellar charity works have earned him a good name. As the 'Messiah' of migrants, the 'Arundhati' star is a force to reckon with.
Shariq Patel, CBO, Zee Studios (one of the production houses bankrolling the movie, the other one being Shakti Sagar Productions), described the actor as a true hero. "I am sure his return to the big screen as the protagonist in such a gripping story will be exciting for everyone," he added. Sonu Sood suggested that 'Fateh' talks about a relevant topic. "As soon as I read the script, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I am extremely excited to bring this thought-provoking story to the audience," he added.
The film will be shot and released next year.
