Starring Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead, it was presented by Dil Raju and bankrolled by Ramabrahmam Sunkara's AK Entertainments and GMB Entertainments. The film was also Vijayashanthi's comeback entertainer.
As the film turned a year older today, director Anil Ravipudi said that 11 January 2020 will always be remembered. "Theatres celebrated Sankranthi with an electrifying festival atmosphere. The visuals, the Kondareddy Buruju set, the Alluri Seetharamaraju element, punchlines such as 'Chukka chemata pattaledu.. Naa chokka gundee oodaledu', the 'Mind Block' dance moves... These will be remembered for long," the 'F2' maker added.
Sri Venkateswara Creations congratulated the entire team of the movie, while Dashing Producer Anil Sunkara said that 'SNE' had a monster opening. He added that it was a "Blockbuster ka baap performance" at the box-office. "It was a dream-come-true. This is the day our dream turned into reality. Forever thanks to our dear Superstar Mahesh garu for his confidence and dedication, our director Anil Ravipudi for his dedication, hard work and delivering blockbusters. our Devi Sri Prasad who put his musical heart into the movie," Sunkara added.
Besides thanking the cast and crew, Sunkara also thanked all distributors, who supported him big time. GMB Entertainments said that it was Mahesh's all-time industry blockbuster.
Devi Sri Prasad thanked the hero, the director and producer, besides cinematographer Rathnavelu. The film also starred Rajendra Prasad, Prakash Raj, Sangeetha and Bandla Ganesh.
