Aha has announced the release date of 'Kudi Yedamaithe', a sci-fi crime thriller. To be streamed from July 16, it has Amala Paul and others in pivotal roles. Young actor Rahul Vijay, Padmini Settam and character artist Raj Madiraju are part of the cast, with the first of them in one of the main roles.
Director Pawan Kumar of 'U Turn' fame has wielded the megaphone. Talking about the OTT release, the director said that his product has got the elements of time-loop and crime at the core. "The drama is absorbing," he adds.
What is the premise of the thriller? "Durga (Amala Paul) is a cop and Aadhi (Rahul Vijay) is a delivery agent. They are bewildered by the fact that they are experiencing the same day time and again," the makers say.
'Kudi Yedamaithe' is coming in a month where Aha released 'Pogaru' (starring Dhruv Sarja and Rashmika) and '30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela' on July 2.
