'Kudi Yedamaithe', the fantasy thriller, was released on Aha on July 16. Starring Rahul Vijay as an aspiring actor and Amala Paul as a cop, it was directed by Pawan Kumar. The critically-acclaimed series has bagged three awards from Aha.
Amala Paul has won the Best Actress award from the jury. Her performance was lauded widely when the series started streaming on the OTT platform.
Pawan Kumar, who is known for 'U-Turn', won the Best Director award. The web series itself won the Best Web Series Award. People Media Factory, which has produced the series, has expressed its delight over the development.
"It gives us immense pleasure to share with you all that 'Kudi Yedamaithe' has won the Best Web Series Award for 100% Entertainment," the banner said, reacting to the announcement on Tuesday.
