Megastar Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan starer 'Acharya' is undoubtedly one of the much-awaited films from Tollywood. The makers of the film recently announced about the re-commencement of the shoot and revealed that Acharya is in the final leg of its production.
Now, here is an interesting news about Acharya. Initially, director Koratala Siva wrote a guest role for Mahesh Babu in Acharya, and the latter also accepted to do the film. While the director was planning to go ahead with the Khaleja actor, Chiranjeevi suggested Siva to develop a script for Ram Charan. For a long time, the veteran actor has been waiting for a perfect script to share the screen with his son Charan.
After which Koratala roped Ram Charan by extending the latter's role into a full-fledged one. Keeping aside Mahesh Babu, the father-son duo teamed up to share the screen space with this film.
Presented by Surekha Konidela, the film is bankrolled by Charan and Niranjan Reddy under their Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment, respectively.
