Last year, Sai Dharam Tej funded the renovation of an old-age home in Vijayawada. The actor reached out to the workers associated with the home and helped them with a large amount of contribution. Named Amma Prema Adarana Old Age Home, it has been catering to scores of old people.
The news is that a plaque thanking the 'Prati Roju Pandage' and 'Solo Brathuke So Better' actor has been put up permanently on the building as a mark of gratitude towards the actor.
Tej awaits the release of 'Republic' soon. Starring also Ramya Krishna and Jagapathi Babu, it is a Deva Katta directorial. Its first song was released last week. The film has music by Mani Sharma.
