'Maestro' will reportedly start streaming on Disney+Hotstar soon. It has skipped a direct theatrical release. But the dark thriller might release in theatres after streaming on OTT for a few weeks. It will be a re-release of the kind 'V' had in the past.
It's said that Hotstar bought the crime thriller for a whopping amount of money. So far, Amazon Prime, Aha and Netflix have streamed direct Telugu OTT releases. It's now the turn of Hotstar.
This is the first major direct OTT release from Telugu this year. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film has Tamannaah Bhatia as the first negative character. Produced by Sreshth Movies, the film is a remake of 'Andhadhun' (Hindi).
