Rakul Preet Singh is getting busier in Bollywood. As per the buzz in Bollywood media, the star actress has been roped in to play a role opposite Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar in a remake of 'Ratsasan' (Tamil).
If Akshay will be reprising Vishnu Vishal, Rakul will be reprising Amala Paul. The Telugu remake of 'Ratsasan' was 'Rakshasudu', which had Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran as the lead pair.
The cast and crew of the remake are yet to be confirmed by the makers. It will most likely be helmed by Ranjit Tiwari, the director of the yet-to-be-released 'Bell Bottom'.
Rakul recently said that she is not doing Tollywood movies for want of time.
