Speaking on the occasion, producer Dil Raju said that he is backing the movie because he loved its content. "I entered the project halfway through its execution. In such a case, I would lend the name of Sri Venkateswara Creations to a film. For 'Shaadi Mubarak', however, I have made an exception. 70% of the film is full of comedy," Raju said.
Actor Sagar, who is known for 'Mogali Rekulu' and 'Chakravakam' serials, said, "When director Padmasri narrated the story, I totally loved it. That's how the journey of 'Shaadi Mubarak' started. When Dil Raju garu came on board and backed our movie, we all heaved a sigh of relief. For him, this may be just another of his movies. For us, though, it's life. Because of him, we are strong and even proud."
Director Padmasri said, "As I wrote the story, I had some expectations about the performances. And Sagar and Drishya have met my expectations solidly."
Co-producer Srinivas Reddy said, "Sagar is a childhood friend of mine. I have not invested in 'Shaadi Mubarak' for the sake of money. I want to see him as a movie star. But for Dil Raju garu, this movie wouldn't have come to this stage."
Drishya said, "It feels great to have done a Dil Raju sir-backed project. We have faced a lot of problems in our journey since the start. Sagar is such a lovely co-star."
Music director Sunil Kashyap said, "The scenes in the movie will entertain the audience thoroughly."
