Ahead of the theatrical release of 'Thellavarithe Guruvaram' on March 27, a pre-release event was held. Rajamouli and Jr NTR were the chief guests.
Speaking on the occasion, director Manikanth Gelli urged the audience to watch it with family. He said that he is a big fan of Jr NTR, who is Simhadri in Andhra Pradesh and Singhamalai in Kerala.
MM Keeravani said, "This is my son Sri Simha's second film. No matter how much experience he gains, he will have to be a student to his directors. I don't even know the story of this film."
Rajamouli, wishing Sri Simha all the best, said that he is a bit tensed and is waiting to see how the audience are going to receive Simha's performance. He also added that he finds it funny when people call up Keeravani and say that they have a story ready for Simha. "Peddanna doesn't listen to stories. And such a man is always asked to listen to stories. We in the family have a hearty laugh thinking about it," the 'RRR' director said.
Jr NTR gave an emotional speech. He expressed his love for the larger family of the Rajamouli-Keeravani duo. "I am not a guest here. I have been their family member. When Bhairava and Simah do well, I feel extremely happy. Perhaps, I will be happy in the same way when my sons Abhay and Bhargav do well in the future," he added. The 'RRR' actor said that he and his wife Pranitha always question themselves about bringing up their kids well. He suggested that, looking at Simha and Bhairava, it's clear that their mother has given them a cultured upbringing.
