Producer Annamreddy Krishna Kumar (66) passed away today. He suffered a cardiac arrest.
Known for films like 'Sakhiya Natho', 'Ee Pillaki Pellavuthunda', 'Kalikalam Aadadi', 'Dammit Katha Addam Thirigindi', 'Ee Desamlo Oka Roju', and 'Best Actors', his demise happened two days before the release of Sai Pallavi-Fahadh Faasil's 'Anukoni Athidhi' on Aha.
It's learned that Kumar was planning to remake 'Thanneer Mathan Dinangal' (Malayalam) in Telugu. His wife Jyothi, who acted in movies such as 'Vamsa Vruksham', 'Thoorpu Velle Railu', 'Maro Malupu' and 'Malle Pandiri', passed away a few years ago.
Taking to Twitter, 'Race Gurram' and 'Sye Raa' director Surender Reddy wrote, "It's really disheartening to learn of Producer Kumar garu's demise. A very positive person and a well-wisher of mine. You will be remembered. My heartfelt condolences to the family."
