'Bhagat Singh Nagar', starring Vidharth and Druvika as the lead pair, is all set to be released in theatres on November 26. The song 'Charitha Choopani' has clocked more than 1 million views on YouTube. Recently, the song 'Ee Vishwamanthamu Vyapinchina' was released. 'Yuga Yugamaina' is yet another good song from the movie. Ahead of the film's theatrical release, a pre-release event was held today.
Speaking on the occasion, producer Prasanna Kumar said, "Bhagat Singh is a name that has a special ring. This film has been made without commercial considerations in mind. Delivering a positive-minded message is its purpose. I hope the audience love it. The editing was done in Kerala, while the dubbing formalities were completed in Chennai. It shows how passionate the producers are about their product. I have watched the trailer and listened to the songs. They are superb."
Director Chandra Mahesh said, "I am feeling bad that I haven't got the opportunity to make a film like this one. I have known director Kranthi for many years. You will understand the depth in the movie only when you watch it."
Actor Banerjee said, "There is a dearth of producers in the industry. It's commendable that the producers of this movie have not stopped at anything to ensure quality output. It's a small and meaningful film with a message."
Hero Vidharth said, 'My parents, brother and friends have supported me a lot in doing this movie. We are living in an era where we react to issues online. While we comment about a lot of issues in the world, we are indifferent when someone approaches us for help in real life. Our film talks about the importance of doing our duty as humans."
Heroine Druvika said, "I come from Kerala. The producers have treated me like their own daughter."
Director Valaja Kranthi thanked producer Ramesh Udatthu on the occasion. He added that the movie has got the right intent.
Producer Ramesh Udatthu said, "The project was started three years ago. Due to the pandemic, the release has been delayed. While we received OTT offers, we didn't go for it."
