Icon star Allu Arjun and his brothers, Sirish and Bobby, have unveiled the statue of his grandfather and legendary actor Allu Ramalingaiah at Allu Studios in the Kokapet region of Hyderabad.
Making the 100th birth anniversary of Ramalingaiah, the Pushpa actor took to social media to share pictures with his brothers and his grandfather's statue.
Sharing photos from the occasion, Allu Arjun wrote, "Unveiled the statue of my grandfather Padmashri #AlluRamalingaiah garu in ALLU Studios on his birth anniversary today along with #AlluBobby & @AlluSirish. He was our pride and will continue to be a part of our journey at Allu studios (sic)."
Allu Ramalingaiah was a legendary actor from the Telugu film industry, who acted in more than 1000 films as a comedian and a character actor.He began his career with Puttillu in 1953. He was conferred with the Padma Shri award in 1990 and Raghupathi Venkaiah Award in 2001.
