'Maha Samudram' will be released in theatres tomorrow (October 14). The makers have expressed confidence in the potential of the movie.
Anil Sunkara today said, "We have called the first two trailers 'First Wave' and 'Second Wave' for a reason. Ours is one of the few movies to be releasing on a grand scale since the onset of the pandemic."
Ajay Bhupathi said, "I have been waiting for this day since 'RX 100'. The release date is finally here. The first trailer itself is trend-setting as per some people I know. The second trailer has turned out to be even better. If we have released two trailers, it shows our confidence. Both Sharwanand and Siddharth have given their best. The story and characterizations in our movie will be a yardstick for the coming generation. I am very happy with the output."
Aditi Rao Hydari said, "This Thursday is a very important day for us all. Ajay Bhupathi's characters have a lot of depth. I feel lucky to have done this movie."
Siddharth said, "Sharwanand has breathed life into Arjun, the character. Sharwa hasn't been able to come here today because he is running fever. 'Maha Samudram' is an amazing movie. The word 'image' means different things to different people. I am sure that this movie is going to change my image. Starting from the first scene, you will see Vijay, my character, not Siddharth. An actor is put to test every Friday. Sharwa has taken a lot of burden by doing this movie. When I listened to the script, I saw only characters, not two heroes."
