Akira Nandan yesterday turned 18. His mother, Renu Desai, teased his future fans and Pawan Kalyan loyalists by posting a video clip of her son practising kick-boxing marking his birthday. Ever since the post, there has been this rumour that Akira is making an acting debut.
As per the latest buzz in the industry, the Junior Power Star (a description Renu doesn't like) is going to be seen in a cameo in 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu', his father's period actioner. If true, director Krish Jagarlamudi has got the tough task of meeting the fans' expectations of seeing the father-son duo in a picture-perfect scene.
Last year, Renu hosted writer-actor Adivi Sesh, who was clicked with Akira, sparking the speculation that Akira has got a role in 'Major'. It was just a rumour.
If the rumour about her son's acting debut is untrue, Renu is sure to refute sooner than later.
