Year 2022 has been a terrible one for Pooja Hegde. A crisis of image has hit her with the flopping of 'Radhe Shyam' in March and 'Beast' and 'Acharya' in April. Three bad films in a span of less than 50 days for a star actress only means one thing: the film industry will not take her as seriously as before no matter what.
With nobody liking the Prabhas-Pooja Hegde chemistry in 'Radhe Shyam', most directors will stay away from casting her opposite the 'Baahubali' star in the future. It is difficult to say when the actress is going to get another opportunity to star opposite Thalapathy Vijay and Ram Charan again.
All bets are off in the short run. Pooja must be pinning hopes completely on SSMB28, directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Mahesh Babu is one big star she is going to act opposite after the hat-trick flops. She will also get to star opposite Pawan Kalyan in 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh'.
