Yet another film is set to hit the cinemas in September. And it is Sri Simha Koduri-starrer 'Dongalunnaru Jagratha'. Producers D Suresh Babu and Sunitha Tati are making arrangements to release the survival thriller on September 23.
Directed by newcomer Satish Tripura, the film is currently in the post-production phase. A poster in which Simha Koduri and Samuthirakani are seen as half-faces was released today. Preethi Asrani, who is playing the male lead's girlfriend, is part of the cast.
What is the film about? "After a reckless robbery goes haywire, a small-time thief finds himself trapped. He is in a bind as a series of twists and turns change his life forever. Everything is unanticipated," the makers today said.
Kaala Bhairava, the hero's elder brother, is composing the music. In an interview ahead of the theatrical release of 'Thellavarithe Guruvaram' last year, the composer said that he gets involved more when his brother is headlining a project. "When I am working on my brother's movie, it's natural that I am more emotionally involved. Simha has matured as an actor," Bhairava said.
