'DJ Tillu', the latest box-office hit in the town, is produced by S Naga Vamsi on Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The team of the Vimal Krishna directorial, mainly comprising Siddhu Jonnalagadda, Neha Shetty, and Prince Cecil, have been touring Andhra Pradesh to celebrate the success of the film.
The team has been covering places such as Vijayawada, Guntur, Eluru, Kovvuru, Rajahmundry, and Vizag.
On Tuesday, Siddhu and Co. were at Vizag's Gurajada Kalakshetram to celebrate the talk of the town amid cheering crowds.
Speaking on the occasion, Neha said that Vizag is very special to her. She was in Vizag when the makers of 'DJ Tillu' called her to offer the project. She added that she has portrayed Radhika with poise as per those who liked her performance in the comedy caper.
Director Vimal Krishna thanked the audience for giving a new lease of life to cinema by warming up to 'DJ Tillu'. He suggested that the success has boosted the morale of the team to experiment more in the future.
The leading man suggested that he had been waiting for 12 years for an evening of that sort. He made a mention of the OTT hit 'Krishna and His Leela' in his speech. The 'Guntur Talkies' actor thanked producer S Naga Vamsi for believing in him and Vimal. The film is a game-changer for him, he added.
On his part, the producer said that the success will forever be etched in his banner's memories.
