'Focus', fronted by Vijay Shankar (who plays a cop), has Ashu Reddy of Bigg Boss Telugu fame as the heroine. Directed by newcomer G Surya Teja, the film is in the news because star writer Vijayendra Prasad of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' today unveiled the poster of yesteryear actress Suhasini Maniratnam's character in the movie.
Speaking about Suhasini's role, the makers said that she is playing a judge. Speaking on the occasion, Vijayendra Prasad said that he has watched the teaser and that it's very good. "There are many more interesting elements and characters in the movie. I would urge the audience to not give the movie a miss when it releases in theatres," he added.
Director G Surya Teja said, "I thank the writer of blockbusters for releasing the poster. Besides Suhasini garu, the likes of Bhanu Chander garu, Sayaji Shinde, Jeeva, Surya Bhagawan and others are playing interesting characters in the movie."
The suspense thriller is currently in the post-production phase.
Yesteryear lead man Bhanu Chander has another pivotal role. Presented by Skyra Creations and produced by Relax Movie Makers, the murder mystery also has a romantic story in it. Also featuring Jeeva, Shayaji Shinde, Bharath Reddy, and Surya Bhagavan, the film has cinematography by J Prabhakar Reddy and music by Vinod Yajamanya.
