'Acharya' will not be released in theatres on February 4. Due to the third wave, the film has been postponed to April 1. An announcement of the new release date was made today by the makers.
Starring Chiranjeevi in the lead, the film will be wooing the Ugadi audience. April 1 has been booked by Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata'. But 'SVP' has been unofficially postponed in view of the third wave. That's why 'Acharya' has picked the date.
Directed by Koratala Siva, 'Acharya' is a socio-political entertainer with Ram Charan in an important role. Also featuring several prominent actors like Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde, its music is by Mani Sharma.
